I partnered with another designer to center Muuvment's site structure around storytelling. 

The basic premise is that after watching documentaries, viewers can take action on social issues and then track their impact.

We designed the site's architecture around four distinct user account types.

I researched and designed the user types and made sure each user journey worked with the others to form a coherent, compelling whole.

USER RESEARCH

I collaborated with Muuvment's engineers to design feature sets around user needs.

Most of the site's content will be user-generated, which posed unique design challenges. I was responsible for creating the framework through which this will happen. In order to find out what users and stakeholders needed, I used the following research methods: 

 • Foundational user interviews
 • Participatory research
 • Competitive analysis

CONTENT STRATEGY

We created a consistent voice for user posts. 

Parameters are especially important for user-generated content. Twitter has a stiff character limit, and every Instagram post includes a square photo. One of my favorite design challenges was creating Muuvment's user post design.
